We manufacturer freshly made, yogurt, jams, marmalade’s and chutneys. All of our products are handmade fresh to order, hand potted, and delivered by us within 7 days of ordering. No additives or preservatives are used and where and when possible our products are made using the finest local, seasonal produce. In addition we offer; bespoke labeling and bespoke recipes.
Yogurt
Our yogurts are presented beautifully in glass jars with our homemade fruit compote at the bottom.
All my milk is supplied by Craig’s Farm Dairy from Osmington, Weymouth. Trevor Craig is a 1st generation dairy farmer and has been milking his herd for over 30 years. He is one of the very few remaining “Free Range” dairy farmers left in Dorset.
Trevor’s herd are Jersey & Holstein Friesian Cow’s, free range and grass fed. For the most part of the year they wander freely in meadow’s overlooking Weymouth Bay benefiting from the fresh sea air and lush grass. Being so far down south we benefit from a warmer climate, therefore Trevor’s cows are free to graze outside for longer, however during the cold winters the cows live in cosy, straw lined barns feeding on an all home-grown natural diet.
Our yogurts are made using whole milk and to this we add a LIVE Pro Biotic Thermophilic Lactic Culture this contains, Lactobacillus Acidophilus, Bifidobacterium and Streptococcus Thermophilus.
For our fruit compotes; only the finest quality fruits are used; these are then cooked by hand in small batches, with only a small amount of sugar and lemon juice. Sometimes fruit pectin, if required.
Our yogurt’s are available in either boxes of 60 x 106ml glass jars or 3 kg catering bags.
Available in the following flavors;
Strawberry, Blueberry, Raspberry, Apricot, Mixed Berry, Pear, Peach, Pineapple and Prune.
Shelf life: 30 days from manufacture.
Jams/Marmalades/Chutneys
We select only the finest quality fruits; these are then cooked by hand in small batches, with sugar and lemon juice sometimes fruit pectin if required.
Our jams are predominately high fruit content of approximately 68% > 70% depending on the variety. Our jams are technically classed as “Extra Jams.” given their high fruit content.
Our preserves and chutneys are available in 3kg catering bags and come in the following flavors;

Traditional Seville Orange.
Chutneys
Pear Chutney.
Piccalilli.

Our Packaging
We source our glass jars and lids from UK suppliers supporting the British economy.
Our bags which are used for the catering aspect contain no CFC’s or heavy metals and are 100% recyclable.
